Shipping

• All orders are processed same or next business day after receiving your order confirmation email. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 
• Shipping only in the US and Canada.
• Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 
• Shipping times depend on your location. 
• We offer FREE shipping for orders over $99.

• Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. 
 

Local pickup:
 
We offer free local pickup at the Studio in Hallandale Beach location by appointment only.
After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pickup within 1 to 2 business days (usually same-day). We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to arrange the convenient time and date for your pickup. Usually, you can do same-day pickup. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

Returns
 
You can return or exchange your item within 7 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and unpacked. It must also be in the original packaging. The Customer pays for return shipping
You need to call or email us prior to your return and we will provide you with the return address.

 

 

Refunds
 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5-7 business days
